If you are planning to attend virtually, not all sessions will be livestreamed. Please review the agenda for details on which sessions will be livestreamed. On-demand audio recordings (for sessions not livestreamed), livestream video recordings, and presentation materials will be available within one week after the Institute and remain available to Institute registrants for 30 days. Elite members will have continued access on the OPEN MINDS website.

Prior to making your selections, please note the Seminars will be held on November 12 and will not be available for livestreaming. EHR Selection will be held in the morning and Data-Driven Organization will be held in the afternoon. The CEO Technology Summit will be held all day on November 13. The Aging In Place Summit will be held all day on November 14.

NOTE: Registrants who plan to attend on-site will be contacted by October 13 to schedule their in-person consultation during the institute. If an in-person consultation is unable to be scheduled due to high demand, a virtual consultation will be scheduled for the week of October 30 - November 3 instead. Registrants who plan to attend virtual sessions only will be contacted by October 20 to have a virtual consultation scheduled for the week of October 30 - November 3.
